At Best Care Monitor, our goal is to help minimize the emotional hardships, stresses and anxieties that children frequently experience as a result of custody litigation, family violence or foster care, all while helping them maintain safe and appropriate contact with their parents and other significant relatives. Best Care Monitor offers a variety of monitoring services, so please browse the options below and get in touch with any questions.
Our fees are consistent with industry standards and are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Intake Screening
Whenever, Wherever
Before the first child visit, both parents, the custodial parent (CP) and noncustodial parent (NCP), will meet separately with your Best Care Monitor to go over all relevant documents, all terms and conditions and to set mutually agreed upon meeting arrangements for future visits. Each of these meetings should take approximately 30 minutes to an hour each.
Fee: $50 per parent
Supervised Visitation
In Safe Hands
The contact between a noncustodial parent (NCP) and one or more children in the presence of a neutral third person responsible for observing and seeking to ensure safety of those involved.
Supervised visitation places include parks, beaches, malls, restaurants, private homes, and more. Let's talk or text to discuss the specifics of your supervised visitation needs.
Fee: Range from $65 to $90 an hour, depending on complexities of case.
Custody Exchange
Children Are Our World
Supervision of a transfer of the child from one parent to another. Precautions are taken to assure that both parents or other individuals exchanging the child do not come in contact with each other.
Fee: $65 per exchange
Holidays
In Safe Hands
Supervised Visitation Services are provided on Holidays.
Fee: $95 per hour.
Objective Visitation/Court Reports & Declarations
In Safe Hands
Reports for parents, attorneys or the court. Reports will be completed upon a verbal or written request by the parent or attorney requesting a report. A SUMMARY REPORT consists of a list of visitation dates/times/locations only. A DETAILED REPORT consists of information contained in Summary Report, plus brief or specific details of each visit.
Fee: $10o per report
Court Appearance
Whenever, Wherever
Either party would like A Best Care Monitor to appear in court to give testimony of the visits observed. The requesting parent will give the monitor notice to prepare and a daily flat rate fee will apply.
Fee: $500 per service day
Effective March 1, 2022, there will be a $25 per visit travel fee
All payments are due PRIOR to services being rendered. Payment options: Cash, Zelle or Venmo
